Antenatal

Postnatal

 

  • Specific assessment and treatment of postnatal disorders:

    • perineal trauma and ongoing pain,

    • rehabilitation following third or fourth degree tears,

    • bladder or bowel incontinence

    • pelvic organ prolapse

  • Pelvic floor muscle strengthening programme

 

  • Postnatal ‘MOT’ – rectus abdominis (stomach muscle) check, pelvic floor strength check and safe return to exercise (after 6 week check)
